Lettings: Northern Etchells Homes offer property letting and management services. With years of experience our team aim to take away the stress of the process of letting out your property. Contract Change only agreeable between tenant and Landlord :£160 include
VAT. The tenant is required to pay one month's rent in advance plus a deposit of one month's rent plus £100.00. Landlord Charges: The charge for our letting services is as follow, Tenant find only £600.00 including VAT. Full Management including tenant find £540.00 including VAT, 12% including VAT of the monthly rental income every month there after.
Our selling fees are £2160 Including VAT.
