We never thought we could ever say an Estate Agent has earned their money but without doubt Northern Etchells have been the best Estate agent we have ever used and they earned their money!. Mandy worked tirelessly for us and updated us regularly - she was available virtually any time we needed to contact her. We would highly recommend her as we feel we got very good value for money! If we sell again (not for a long time I hope!)Northern Etchells will be our first contact! Many, many thanks!

Mandy, Sophie and Morgan were brilliant when handling the sale of my Mum's house after she passed away. They were sensitive and sympathetic and worked hard to ensure that I received the best deal. I highly recommend them!

I would like to say a big thank you for selling my property having putting my house on the market with you after just four weeks. I had my property previously on the market with another agent for 3 years and I felt very let down by them. You have been absolutely fab 100% and I could never of asked for anything more of yourself I would highly recommend you to anyone I know who is thinking of putting there property on the market or who is thinking of changing agents.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mandy and her team. She made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Her helpfulness and consideration, through texting and emailing any information, was very much appreciated. I would recommend using Northern Etchells for buying or selling your home to anyone.
